I’ve just hit my BFP however my period isn’t due until next week and it’s a really strong line, it’s midday test too! I know it good sign but didn’t expect it to be so visible

Congratulations! Perhaps you ovulated earlier this cycle? Do you track ovulation at all?

No not at all, I’m pretty regular at 28 days, let the fun begin

Only 18.1% of pregnant women got a positive result.
Even with 14dpo there are almost 10% that won't get a positve yet.

@ALittleOCD on the other hand people getting BFNs at this stage wouldn't be shouting it from the rooftops so there's a big element of confirmation bias there. If 9DPO is the most common day to implant then BFPs at 8DPO are clearly the exception :)
