Ovulation confusion

Hey ladies! Expert knowledge needed please! My cycles have always been regular (28 days) and I've never missed a period or been late by more than a day. However this month I'm three days late so far (no chance of being pregnant as havent DTD and I've also done a test). We're planning on TTC from next month hopefully. I've never been late before and wondering if it's stress/vitamins. I just wondered, if and when I start my period, could I still expect to ovulate on my usual cycle day (which is usually CD14ish) or could it happen earlier in line with when my cycle should have started? Or if I miss my period entirely, when could I expect to ovulate? Would I count my cycle days as if Id had my period when I should have done?

I've always been so regular and right when I'm about to start TTC it's been thrown out! Expert advice much appreciated! TIA xx

The lastvtime I was late because of medication I took (antibiotics) my next cycle was totally normal again.
Are you tracking your ovulation?

Period delays could be many things like new diet, exercising, stress, hormones, etc. I don't think it should affect your ovulation in the following sycle but you should definitely track it.
