BBT and OPK

Hey, I wrote before asking how you know you have ovulated with temp (this is my first month). Anyways I have been tracking it for this cycle however confused with the temp and the OPKs.

I’ve attached my charts, I got my peak OPK on CD16 but going with my temp i ovulated CD15.

I would of thought LH increase was 1-2 days before OV.

Is anyone able to shed light on it? Which one should I go with, temp or OPKs?

Just to clarify - in the FF chart you've put a positive opk on CD15 as well - is that right?

Yeah I got two strong positives, one on CD15 and CD16. I’ve attached the readings, CD16 classed as my peak x

You go by the first positive so cd15 is your positive opk and temp rise the next day to confirm, mine is usually the same :)

Looks good in that case - you go by the start of the surge and your temp has confirmed it beautifully.
