I do a very varied shift pattern and I know it makes it difficult ttc due to not seeing DH as often or as routinely. Does anyone have any clue as to when is best to test for ovulation when on nightshift for example as would my afternoon pee be classed as a morning pee? I know my tests say it should be roughly between 11-4pm but a lot of the days I'm not able to do that. Also I have ruled out BBT due to constant change of shifts and sleeping patterns but is there a way I could still do it? Any advice in regards to ttc during shift work is welcomed!
