Help/advice/stories - spotting & lutes phase

Hi everyone
Please can anyone shed any light of offer their own experiences. I am 28, TTC my first baby and I am now going to be going into Cycle 9 :(
Mirena coil removed August 2020. Cycles returned pretty ‘regular’ a month or two later.

The problem is that I am ovulating on cycle day 14 (pretty bang on) but start spotting and cramping from cycle day 23 for 2-3 days before full flow of my period.

Through my work as a midwife, I’ve kindly had one of the consultants check my progesterone on 2 cycles (definitely ovulating) - it’s actually quite nice and high - so low progesterone surely can’t be affecting my luteal phase length? Or can it?! She also checked my womb lining by scan as I was about to ovulate and it was lovely and thick. I’ve also had my day 2/3 FSH and LH levels checked - again all good.

I’ve tried B6, Vit C, etc all the usual luteal phase lengthening vitamins. So fed up now. The disappointment is horrible as I start spotting only 9 or 10 days after ovulation :(

Can anyone help or suggest why this might be happening. And what would the solution be when I get to the 1 year mark and inevitably get referred for fertility support?

Thanks so much for reading x
