Has anyone else found that taking folic acid has affected their ovulation? I started to take folic acid this month. I have been tracking my LH levels with an advanced OPK since January, and my LH levels were lower than they'd been previously and I couldn't get a clear positive OPK reading on a standard test. I can't think what else might have possibly affected ovulation/my cycle!
Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated. Thanks!
