HCG increase? Faint 2nd line

Hi all, TTC 12months +, going through all the checks at the doctors at the doctors at the moment (all fine so far).

I'm 11 dpo today but have been experiencing some symptoms I don't usually get in TWW so done two cheapie tests (easy @home) yest my hcg was 0.7 and I thought I could see a very faint 2nd line, did a first response test later that day which was neg. Did another cheapie this morning and my hcg was 0.13 and the line was slightly darker.
Just wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience with the easy at home tests? I am going to wait a few days AF due 18/5 and I don't want to waste my good tests 😂

Can you post photos of your tests? I think just keep testing with your ICs and hope that faint line progresses!

@chimamma I used easy@home when I got my BFPs - I’m 24 weeks now 🥰 I was around 14 dpo when I got my first line ☺️
