Start counting DPO ie. The TWW

Hi all.
Hoping someone could tell me when the TWW actually starts?
So I had a positive OPK on 9th May, then a BBT spike on 12th May.
My temp can be a little up and down so I'm reading more into the OPK as it was a strong positive!
So my question is - when does the count down begin? Am I 5 DPO?

Per the BBT/OPK combo it sounds like you ovulated 11th of May. That would be O, so the 12th would be 1DPO and today is 3DPO.
