Getting twinges at 12 DPO

Hi, I've been getting twinges low down, I'm probably around 12 DPO. Could this be an early pregnancy symptom?

Could be and could just be your mind being super sensitive to any feelings! Have you done a test?

I've had plenty chemical pregnancies and with most of them I've felt shooting aches in my vagina, either in my cervix or uterus. I imagine that's what lightning crotch feels like so could well be that you're feeling something similar. I haven't heard anyone mention feeling the same so not sure exactly what my aches are from
