I had a mmc in January however had complications with retained tissue and was getting positive tests for 8 weeks afterwards, had retained tissue removed on 26th March. We haven’t been actively trying again however haven’t been that careful either. Due AF today but no sign yet, however my cycle is probably still a bit irregular, last period started 14th April. Took a test this morning and there’s a very faint line, it’s slightly clearer than photo in real life but not much.

Does this look like an evap line or could it be faint positive? If so could it still be from my mmc before? When I had my retained tissue removed in March they tested my hcg then and it was at 6.

I’m also booked in for my 2nd Covid vaccine on Friday which is Astra Zeneca, I’m a healthcare worker but had my first dose before it came out about the blood clots so not sure if I should probably cancel this?

I can see it too! I think it is highly unlikely that you still got hcg from your previous pregnancy - and so sorry about the loss!
So if I were you I'd either test again tomorrow with another FRER or even a digital one and see if it already shows (because the digital ones aren't as sensitive). And also ask them about the vaccine, tell them you might be pregnant. I know every country has its own rules regarding the vaccination during pregnancy; where I live they say to postpone it when possible to the second or better third trimester. But since it is your second shot it might be different.
