Late Period

I've never posted on here so I don't know the lingo, me and my partner had sex on my ovulation day last month, we're new to trying.

I have a period app called Flo and my cycle is 26 days every month and I'm very regular. I should have started my period yesterday (Monday) and Sunday night I had cramps as if its about to happen, same last night and a bit during the day. I struggled to sleep the last two night which is unusual for me. I don't have any other symptoms and don't want to buy a pregnancy test as I know as soon as I do I'll start my period or it will be too soon to tell as cycles can be longer for many reasons. Also, I did take a pregnancy test about 6 days ago which was an early detection one but I didn't use it on my first wee but it was negative.

Like you've said it is possible you are late for one if a number of reasons.

It is possible you are pregnant but you'll only know for sure by doing a test, many people don't get noticeable symptoms early on. If you get it and come on save it for next month :)

Do you track ovulation in anyway? Or just use the app? I find if my ovulation is late my period is later as I always have 14 days between them.

@KurtRussel did you wait to do another test or did you have a blood test at the doctors?
