Throwing up - ovulation

Never had this before - but has anyone thrown up around the time of suspected ovulation?

I'm never one to be ill but last night and this morning I have nearly thrown up on myself several times at work 🙈

I threw up last ovulation. Never thrown up before last month, although I can get nauseous when I ovulate (I also get ovulation pains).

I would say it’s v unlikely to be related if you have ovulated for many years without it happening before
