They are negative but they won’t give you any guide with regards to your fertility. Depending upon your age and how long you have been trying, you can ask your GP to run some blood tests to check if you are ovulating but the best thing to do would be to go privately and check your egg reserve.

A lot of factors can affect these tests, how much you've been drinking, how long you've held your urine for and the time of the day. So don't panic too much yet. How many days have you been doing them? How long have you been TTC? What day of your cycle are you on? I would use these more as an indication when you may be ovulating so best time to DTD rather than a test of if your fertile or not.

I've been doing ovulation tests for only 3 days and have been trying for a month and half to two months .
I'm not very smart when it comes to things like this I barely know how long my cycle is I think it's 25 days

Please please don't worry. Put down the ovulation tests, they will only stress you out (stress will not help you conceive). You've only been trying 1 or 2 cycles. Even perfectly healthy and fertile couples can take longer than a year to conceive. You already have a little one so you know you can get pregnant. Your past abortion will not effect your fertility. Please don't worry, your time will come, perhaps very soon! X
