Pcos early losses

Hi everyone, one of my older sisters has pcos. I have had multiple early losses, had a positive yesterday that is fainter today so looks like another. Did anyone else with pcos have this? Not sure if I should push to get tested as well? Had an ultrasound recently checking for ectopic pg and they didn't say anything, would they have seen anything so likely I don't have it? Just wondering if that might be why I'm having early losses 🤷‍♀️

I have PCOS I've also had 5 early losses. The farthest I got was 9 weeks. In my case even knowing I had PCOS I wasn't offered any extra medical assistance. I take metformin and that was debated by one gynaecologist who didn't know if I could take it or not through pregnancy. They never tested my progesterone levels or anything like that either.

I wonder why they didn't test those levels (not sure if related to pcos but could be a separate issue that should've been looked at).
