Was going to say @kaylsd that your amh likely to be high. Can I have some of your extra? 🤣😂 Sorry you had a shit day! Prob for the best that it's come back just a little over. Be ready annoying if it was borderline and they wouldn't treat you because of it. The good news is that pcos likely treatable so hopefully they'll get you on some meds and you'll be away!

Hey there sweet! Oh gosh it brings back memories what your saying right now the doctor was the exact same with me!! So abit of a long story cut short I'm hoping yours will sort it self out in time darling it just make take some time to settle into a routine again? Here's my little background;

It took around 5 week for breakthrough bleed then had 2 normal cycles post pill which I thought smashing just what I expected! Then my cycle went abit wapp and it lasted 77 days 😩😩😩 so I rang GP they said similar, can take up to a year for pill to be out of system for your body to be considered as fertile come back in a year, so my cycle returned back for normal for another 2 then bammmm nothing again! Went to GP then they wouldn't touch me said come back in a year it'll come on it's own so I thought bugger this waiting around somethings got to be wrong.. paid for a private ultrasound indicates PCOS went back to GP who then started to take me seriously various bloods later, I have a consultation on Wednesday to get referred into fertility help for me & hub as were verging on 9 month TTC 🤓

Two years ago i got food poisoning so ended up kind of missing a few pills and ended up pregnant (ended in MC sadly - blame myself as i had no idea i was pregnant as i didnt have periods at the time and was being a bit reckless). But yet now i am actually trying...NOTHING!

ive never looked into PCOS for myself to be honest. How long after coming off of the pill did you decide to go for the scan? Perhaps something i will have to consider later down the line!

They always say the old wife's tale of when people stop trying they catch on and when they wish to catch on nothing seems to happen! I decided to go for the scan after the second long cycle so I think it was around 6-7 Month I thought something was abit of a miss as I believed by around 6 month I should have some form of normality and not be getting weird cycles :')

@Tangfastic91 I'm used to having the stern word conversation with my ovaries to play ball, hasn't happened yet but I'm sure it will ;)

Well I can honestly say my horrendous week at work has finally finished!!! It's been a shocker, they moved me again to cover other area which is 30 mile from my house and then when I got there after a 55 min drive to tell me they've moved me again which was 15 mile difference closer! I had steam coming out of my ears but that's not even half of it :')

BUT

There's always light at the end of the tunnel, I'm off for the weekend got plans all weekend and many of the team I'm in right now is wanting new job or leaving and one of the girls who's leaving despite me being there only 6 month has bought me a present to say thank you for everything which made me cry my eyes out... she got me a Lilly plant & candles which is a strong go to point for me candles and plants but the part what made my cry she bought me a little comforter for our maybe baby in the future as she says I know we're going through a hard time right now with our journey for a baby but this is a little bit of hope and light that keep going as you are as I'm sure you will be able to get what you wish for one day - I cried and she cried with me 🙈🙈

Hope you have an amazing weekend ladies if I end up being a little bit quiet no doubt I'll be merry as anything in my friends garden drowning in gin and treat day food😘🍷

@kaylsd Thanks. hoping it is soon. although today's test has dipped from yesterday..why is it so confusing?!
Can't believe they didn't tell you before you had to drive , but glad the week is over and you can relax and enjoy. Really lovely gifts too!

@kaylsd ugh sorry work has still been shit for you! Enjoy the BBQ at the weekend, that will definitely have been something to get you through. Your results sound as if they are very borderline? That's almost more frustrating than just coming back saying yes PCOS! Glad you have a consultation booked already though so they can go through what happens now with you. Grating ovaries 🤢 I feel sick!!! I'm doing ok here, do you know what I am absolutely loving the stress free life. I've had a wee look at my RHR which has had a dip then went up then another dip? So that suggests ovulation has happened but no idea what the dip is, and my app is predicting it some time this weekend but I've already had all the signs. So tbh I'm somewhere between almost at the end of the follicular phase up to 5dpo I think 🤣 I couldn't even hazard a guess! That is soooo lovely what your coworker did for you, crying!!!! What a sweet gesture that really means a lot 😘

Sorry @tangfastic91, that's shit 😩 you're not completely out yet though and stranger things have happened. Easier said than done, stay away from the tests until next week! And as @kaylsd says we will be here waiting to provide congrats or support either way ❤️

Sorry you're feeling down @lunalove14 I definitely get that. It's really frustrating when you're ready and your body's not. I think a year is just a safe bet, that's obviously not ruling it happening earlier out! Tracking ovulation might give you an insight into if it's happening already and when so you can get a better idea of your body. Sorry to hear about your MC, I had similar circumstances, fell pregnant on the pill when I had an ectopic pregnancy. Life is just shit sometimes!

It's me and my partner's anniversary tomorrow and I thought I would have finished all my work but I haven't 😩 but we're going to have some quiet celebrations with some cocktails and a movie night tomorrow ❤️ so looking forward to it and if it is the case that ovulation is at the weekend well I don't think I'll be complaining! 🤣

Thank you! Sorry just updated my name!! I hope I'm set up ready to go! Feel like no one really speaks about this in real life but at 33 - I feel like I need to set myself up for success! How's your journey mint?

It's definitely one of those things no one speaks about. I think the only person who would be properly supportive for me IRL is my best friend but she's single and not really thinking about kids yet! Where I'm at in the journey is trying for baba no. 2, I have an almost 2 year old already and had a miscarriage in January. Going for it with one tube too as I've had an ectopic as well. It's been a heartbreaking journey but I'm holding onto hope for my next rainbow 🌈🤞🏻hope your journey is a quick and easy one!

Tell me about the frustration I just hope Wednesday is productive and we finally get what we've been waiting for it's feels like so long that I've been in this limbo stage now :') I'm loving the non track life if I'm honest it's so nice to go for a wee and not think shit I needed to test it with OPK or waking up in the morning and shoving my temperature in my mouth quickly, it might end up being the way forward for me as i feel like I'm less stressed with it are you the same hunny?

When I first started my journey I thought right unprotected sex frequently and abit of folic acid everyday I'll be laughing come the end of the month... how wrong was I 🤣🤣 I hope your journey is smooth thou sweetheart and we will be here for any bits and bobs inbetween as a fall back cushion of support 😘

Yes @kaylsd! Now I can pee without thinking about it, ahhhhh bliss 🤣 the best thing about it though is not knowing if I'm in the TWW and when because I'm not obsessing over it, this is definitely the way forward for me for a while I think. I'm soooo happy that you have your appointment next week, hope it goes well 🤞🏻
