@Rinylou - two white sundresses... AF will definitely show her face if she's hiding up there!! She's due to visit me tomorrow or Sunday.... and the thought of BD to evict her fills me with terror 😂 I'm clearly far too swollen and tender just before AF!

@KayL1988 I must admit it was a moment of desperation rather than anything else....!! It doesn't appear to have worked anyway!!

Morning all. AF due today...based on last cycle after MC which was 29 days. but it seems after both MCs my cycles of got back to 'normal' so fully expecting her today/tomorrow or v soon as have some cramping.

just did another opk out of curiosity after last night's positive one...it's not quite as dark but still pretty dark. I'm assuming it's just due to AF imminent arrival and not my true peak as it's so late?!(plus some cramps) if it is/was peak then we didn't BD so wondering if we should tonight just incase....

I've attached my opk again. I didn't realise it was a thing to get a peak before AF comes.

then the other two are the same one from this morning in diff light 🤣

Wish I could just know if I did actually ov earlier in my cycle and missed the peak or not!

@MammaJ21 have you taken a pregnancy test?? Xxx

Sorry was writing that whilst making a brew and clearly too distracted. Just wondering if you had yet - since it would be so strange for your LH to peak and then be high at end of your cycle.

@Veronika13 there are definitely down sides to this, I have short cycles and am almost constantly in a TWW, and the stress of never knowing if my eggs are mature enough 😳. But I am glad for the extra opportunities!

@KayL1988. Sorry just seen this. No I haven't...as it would be so, so unlikely. Only dtd once a couple of days before what may have been the peak! (but wasn't obvious) I feel AF is coming now...but it is confusing to get a high just before AF. Obviously your mind does wonder but honestly would be a miracle haha! Pretty sure AF will appear very soon! 😩

Yeah very confusing - I read ovulation tests can pick up other hormonal peaks which is why they say not to use them after your peak I think. No idea how true that is.

I'm CD26 due AF tomorrow or Sunday and definitely feel like she's on her way!

@MammaJ21 I think you should do a test. I only dtd 2 days before ovulation and I had a positive OPK and now I'm pregnant!

AF is here for me. 3 days early. It started yesterday late afternoon ... it's not as painful as it usually is, but still. 😢 I was starting to believe this cycle was different due to many symptoms, but hell no ... the witch came and ruined it all.

@KayL1988 yes probably just some other hormone! I only carried on with opks ASI never saw a true peak...so was waiting.

@Purpleshoes123 that's amazing!! I don't want to get my hopes up as I feel AF is on her way....

Will try to wait a couple of days for her to appear

Had my medicheck day 21 progesterone back. 0.9 🤣🤣🤣 I feel like I should sing if I were a boy as my progesterone couldn't be more backward if I wanted it to 🙈🙈🙈

Ooooh ouch your arm looks sore @kaylsd. Bday on a holiday weekend can't be any better! What do you have planned apart from tracking the massive bruise haha? Sorry I'm rubbish with all the numbers, what does that progesterone indicate at this point? X

No update @minthumbugs. Not a spot of blood, not the smallest cramp. 3 days late now and still feeling grotty AF. I have come away for the weekend with my pads but no tests. Husband has finally twigged I'm not on my period. Haven't fessed up I've taken tests haha have just impressed him with my patience and said we can take a test when we get home on Monday.

It just shows what I know already that I've not ovulated darling, I've not had any signs yet apart from one day of EWCM but apart from that nothing! I'm CD 23 and think I'll be in for the long haul again my dear! How are things over at your end darling? I hope all is well ✨✨✨ tomorrow going out for tea with hubs to this market haul thing which is near us what has foot huts Thai Asian curry ect, Sunday going for Sunday lunch & bank holiday Monday going out to Leeds with hubs my best friend and her partner for a day sesh, going to get my heels on for first time since my covid wedding ceremony in November 🙈🙈🙈

So just did another opk with fmu (addicted maybe...haha) and it's not quite as dark as control but nearly... although says low on prenom app. don't get why I've had couple of days positive/near positives last couple of days.i really should have dtd last night but was soooo tired so not for the past couple of nights where maybe I was close to or ov. However I really think it's AF as was 'due' yesterday give or take and having tummy cramps as if she's coming. As I've said it'd be so, so, So unlikely and I don't wantto get my hopes up as I really feel AF is about to make an appearance!! it's probably just some other hormone it's picking up

@kaylsd yes that's what I heard too...guessing it's surge before AF bit strange it's been a few days of it.

Not done a test as it's most likely not that and don't want to get disappointed...even though I know it's not that haha!

Have you done any tests chick cause I saw your AF was due on Thursday which means your 2 days late so if you had a positive OPK today, could be potential for BFP?

I couldn't help but grab a 6 day early Clearblue when I went out after work. Double pack so saved one for tomorrow (will of course pretend to husband that its the one we've always had in the house haha) but can't even pretend that I can see anything on the one I've now taken! Not even a squinter. And I'm 16dpo! Photo attached to show you just how bloody stark white BFN I am talking here!

It also occurred to me that if pregnancy was the reason I feel so rough and nauseated yesterday and today, then my hCG would 100% be high enough to be detected by any crappy test. I'm definitely feeling shit for an unrelated reason and should probably believe the probably 10 tests I've taken now that I am not pregnant 🙃

I'm sorry to hear about your BFN hunny, have you done anything in your cycle to 100 sure that you ovulated like do you track BBT alongside? I have false peaks in my cycle so I've stopped tracking at the moment because I find them frustrating 🙈

How did you get on with the session for ABC? Did you find it beneficial and insightful? I'm going to be attending these kind of things once I know where I stand after our first clinic appointment as I only get one cycle so I'll be predicting we may have to consider private :')

@kaylsd I always try with temping, I did it TTC my son, but this time round I am always awoken by said son either calling out he needs a wee or by climbing into ner with me so the temperature never gets taken!!

Still no Flo here. So frustrating! On a weekend trip to London, about to take my little boy on the London Eye and wearing a pad already just in case!!
