So I am 10 days late but I’m currently on my first dose of sayana press at home birth control injection and I just feel off I had really bad cramps , my mood swings are all over the place my back hurts like HELL and I’ve been getting acne on my face !! Could I possibly be pregnant

I literally have the same, I had a miscarriage in march but I honestly feel exactly how I did when I was pregnant! Was/are you pregnant?! X x
