Welcome back to the bus where anything goes, hop aboard, tell us about you & we’ll be here for you (there’s a song in there somewhere!).

This bus has a growing bunch of gorgeous black and white springy pups on board, tortoises & 2 feisty little kittens so bring your pets and pictures are obligatory 🤗.

We’ve got TTC happening in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah i was so glad she remembered as when i was told her name i immediately remembered her! i swapped birth units recently so she's my nee midwife from now on and i'll see her more often now too! yeah i think i only joined here in early may too after i made a post asking about clear blue ovulation sticks and a lovely lady pinpointed me in this direction. she got pregnant quite soon after and i often wonder how she's doing as we had quite a lot in common 🥰

@lucyrp that's excellent!! I just looked back and I was 7th May on here and 2nd May on MN. I was asking about vitex! Turns out it messed up my cycles for months afterwards 🤦🏾‍♀️ ahh I'm sure she's fine and with her baby. ♥️

@bez91 i don't have a lot of faith in the clear blue to be honest. I think the ics are easier to interpret especially as you can do them throughout the cycle and multiple times a day if you want and see patterns rather than taking a static as gospel when it might not be.

5dpo and my boobs are driving me mad!!

I'm probably imagining it but I know you guys will understand- I had to take my bra off yesterday as it was Uncomfy and as I'm WFH I've not worn one all day. Tonight my boobs just feel "there" and annoying if that helps describe them?!
I keep getting what I can only describe as sensitive nipples but Altho they don't look bigger they just feel more there/heavier?! It's doing my head in lol even my phone too touching them is annoying me. 🤣🤣🤣

Eurgh!! I just needed to moan about them as they're frustrating me!

@MartyMcShy I drank but just less & lower alcohol whilst I did all my ivf things years ago (which resulted in DS) & last year, when it didn't get good results, and was def drinking when I got the BFP so I'd say it doesn't really make much difference, have a drink if you want it, life is hard enough 🤣

@notyetamumbuttrying just drink the Prosecco don't kill it 🤣

@Lexber mine were like that, just saying 🤞🏻

So last night DH & I went out for a pizza at a local bar, rugged up & sat outside. First thing to mention was they NOTHING suitable for me to drink except orange juice or coke, but what they did have was a special on a "pink gin, tonic & Prosecco" and gawwwwwdddd did I want that. I said to DH in the car on the way back that We've been for 2 meals out in pubs and I've not drank at either & it's like you don't get the "ahhhhh and relax, I'm out, a week nearly done" effect. It's mainly psychological but I don't mind admitting I miss that. That little release of "yes we are out!" Different from staying in drinking going out is better right? And I miss it. Don't get me wrong I will totally take it for a baby but just saying, with lockdown I guess it's exacerbated. But my god there was a table full of "youths" being so loutish, playing music, swearing, shouting. It was horrible 🤦🏼‍♀️

Trying not to symptoms spot but they're driving me insane. Not long since woke and kitten just climbed up me to cuddle my head (she's a weird one) and now they're throbbing slightly courtesy of her little clumsy paws...

@Minster2012 it's driving me nuts I feel like I'm sat cradling them for comfort, my cold hands felt amazing on them yesterday 🤣🤣🤣

@Minster2012 yes, fab day, after school club took pictures for me too, they let him rule the roost for one day, promotion is good, he knew his boss was in trouble but wasn’t expecting him to get the sack, he was doing a lot of his work anyway, so management is recognising that and offering the position instead of recruiting outside, he’s ok, just a bit of can I do this nerves....
and what a glorious reason not to drink, I only drink out, so going to the pub and ordering a coke is a bit meh... I am totally fine with that in cafes, but not pubs for some reason

@Minster2012 do you know what I've been looking into this as I too would hate to sit and drink a Coke or orange juice as I love a cocktail when I'm out and I've been looking recently for "nice" bottle mocktails and there is literally none! There's a couple of companies but their range is so small and their passion fruit martini is "orange and passionfruit" (basically a J20!) I used to always order bottles Tapped cocktails (their pornstar is 😍🤤) but i feel there is definitely a huuuuuge gap in the market for mocktails

Morning everyone, it was a BFN, which was absolutely crushing but nevermind. I guess it's just a waiting game on what the endocrinologist says now (whenever that appointment comes through)

Yeah that's just it @Crazydoglady123 I asked if they could make any of their cocktails into mock tails (they didn't have ONE mocktail on their list!) and he just shrugged a no! So annoying, I make fake g&ts at home for the weekend & have kopparberg non alcoholic cider but I wanted that release & feeling that it was an occasion or similar?? Just annoying that's all, I didn't want something fizzy 🤣

Wow @lucyrp 25 week appointment already, it seems like only a few weeks ago you got your bfp! (Tho it probably doesn't feel as fast for you). Glad to hear all went well 😊

@Minster2012 what rubbish bar staff surely they could have improvised and made something up. Definitely a gap on the market for decent pub drinks that are non alcoholic!

Ladies how have I never heard of the Dog House on C4 before and its on series 2?! Just started watching it last night and I've been binging. If anyone is behind with the times like me it's where they match families with adoptive dogs, a happy and tear jerker in one go!

Just a random morning thought: aren't we so incredibly lucky that we get to poas as opposed to getting our hormone levels from, say, stool? I'd be elbow deep 🙈

@Minster2012 I know what you mean, I also think that the non-alcoholic drinks on offer are pretty shit, generally just very sweet. It does get easier though, the more preggo you feel.

I have NO IDEA what's going on with my fuckboy body this cycle. Temps not doing as they normally do and currently on day 8 of flashing faces, still no fricking peak!!!!

I'm not going to temp next cycle, it's stressing me out. Really annoying!!

@Minster2012 totally get that, wine after work on a friday sort of signals you can relax and the weekend is here. Tbh I imagine if I ever get pregnant I'll struggle with abstaining from alcohol!

@InkyPaper so sorry for the BFN but with prolactin so high it's perhaps not a surprise? If it's prolactinoma they can remove it and your chances of conceiving will skyrocket and if it's not they can give meds to lower it anyway xx

Otto is a lovely name @Juno231 and not gonna lie the not drinking is tough but it's taken so much to get here that's the overriding factor but genuinely I miss it 😬
