Hi ladies . Hope you don't mind me rejoining. Unfortunately I suffered a miscarriage yesterday @7 weeks so I am a little bit broken today . I'm going to start TTC again as soon as my next period comes . As I had not really told anybody I was pregnant I am feeling pretty lonely at the moment so Will be nice to be back with you ladies x

Twochews78 · 13/05/2021 12:11

@Gummybear17 I’m so sorry to hear that sad news and for your loss, you must be shattered!! Sending lots of love and hugs. xx

Willow1982 · 13/05/2021 12:37

Oh no I’m so sorry to hear that @Gummybear17, sending a hug your way xx❤️

Thanks for the replies on the vaccine ladies, I think I will put it off for as long as work don’t notice!! I don’t want to jeopardise anything, but then again I dont want covid!! God it’s a minefield! Glad I can ask you ladies about it xx

Outdoor555 · 13/05/2021 12:44

Hi everyone,

Hope you don’t mind me joining! This is 5th month of me and my husband TTC and 2nd month using Clearblue digital ovulation tests.

Last month I had 9 days of flashing smileys and then had static peak fertility smiley on CD19.

I’m on CD12 today. I had two days of empty circles (CD9 and 10), a flashing smiley yesterday (CD11), and today I have had the static peak fertility smiley already... I used a different Clearblue ovulation test kit about 2 hours later and had the empty circle so now I’m super confused! Has anyone had this happen before or know what it means?! Confused

@Gummybear17 So sorry to hear that, hope that you are okay Daffodil

Bundaberg84 · 13/05/2021 13:01

@Gummybear17 I'm so sorry! We're here for you, hopefully it makes you feel a little bit less lonely and sad. Hugs to you xx

Gummybear17 · 13/05/2021 13:32

@Bundaberg84 @Twochews78 @Willow1982 thank you for you kind words. I don't know what to say . I am all over the place at the moment. I have been worried all the way through with me being 38 I was always concerned something would go wrong . I think it's hit me even harder as it was my little girls birthday when it happened and it was so difficult to 'keep up appearances' and now her birthday will always bring back painful memories:-) Thanks for all your support. I am not looking forward to peeing on sticks again it took over my life last time. Does anybody have any advice on TTC after MC ? X

purpleskyssssss · 13/05/2021 13:49

Im really sorry to hear that @Gummybear17! Sending lots of baby dust your way ❤️

Not advice exactly but I had a CP last month I normally ovulate between day 13-16 and have a 26-28 day cycle however this month didn't peak until day 29, so if ovulation is normally regular but not showing on ov sticks keep testing even if you feel no point!

Willow1982 · 13/05/2021 14:47

@Gummybear17 it’s so sad, I’m starting to feel invested in the ladies in these groups, I remember when you found out, in April, 😢
I’m 38 and TTC after MC, I was very early on about 4-6 weeks I think that’s classed as a chemical, I didn’t know that term until I joined here! My advise would be don’t do anything until you feel emotionally ready, from about a week after all I wanted was to be pregnant again, I noticed that my very first cycle after was a bit all over the place, i think I had spotting during my first ovulation, I just let that run it’s course in March, April I was not using opk properly, so May is my first month using opks properly, I have found this group so helpful with advise, and to know your not alone xx

AllyCat31 · 13/05/2021 15:51

Oh @Gummybear17 I’m so sorry. I hope you feel better soon and have lots of love and support around you. I can’t even imagine ❤️

FitMum27 · 13/05/2021 16:05

Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding? I have 3 kids already and have never experienced it.

dunkedbiscuit · 13/05/2021 16:07

@Gummybear17 I am so very sorry lovely, I remember you getting your positive (I think we were cycle buddies), I'm gutted for you. Be gentle with yourself xx

Missy95 · 13/05/2021 16:39

@Gummybear17 I am so sorry for your loss 💔
The only advise I can give is to be kind to yourself, look after yourself and try when you are ready. Best wishes to you x

Im out this month, AF decided to make an appearance with 0 warning (started spotting a few days ago but no cramps at all). Im hoping its my bodies way of telling me its ready after MC in January. My previous cycles were horrendous! Trying to look at the positives 🥴 x

Sam8582 · 13/05/2021 16:56

@Gummybear17 oh I'm so sorry to hear this, I was just wondering the other day how you were getting on. Such a sad time for you, be kind to yourself, we're all here to listen and chat things through with you 💕💕

Sam8582 · 13/05/2021 16:59

@Outdoor555 I think the sticks can take a while to get used to your baseline reading, so swapping over to a different test holder could set you back to a blank smiley. I've only been using them 2 months but I think I've read that somewhere!! Sorry can't be more help

Emsjourney · 13/05/2021 17:41

@Gummybear17 oh I'm so sorry to hear ❤️❤️ xx

eternallywaiting · 13/05/2021 19:35

So I am pretty much freaking out, because yesterday as an exercise in self flagellation, and despite it only being 2-3 days or so since I felt like I might be implanting, I took a early results pregnancy test. And there was a really really really light second line. Nothing the rest of the day on my dipping tests, but I took another early results this morning and their was definitely a second line again (slightly less light than yesterday). I think this means I'm pregnant, but I'm waiting until Saturday or Sunday to take another (even though I want to know now now now!). I needed to tell someone besides my husband, so I'm telling you ladies.

eternallywaiting · 13/05/2021 19:37

I'm so sorry to hear, @Gummybear17. All my love to you and your family.

I know I'm new here and I might look like a major pain basically showing up and immediately (maybe) getting my BFP, but we've been trying for 7 years, with one ectopic, and this was our second cycle of IUI after a failed timed intercourse, so I'm on cloud 9 until my hopes are dashed (but hopefully aren't).
Twochews78 · 13/05/2021 19:47

@eternallywaiting I really hope
it works out for you! I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. xx

Sam8582 · 13/05/2021 19:49

@eternallywaiting fingers are firmly crossed for you!! The more bfps here the better :) let us know when you test!

Bundaberg84 · 13/05/2021 19:50

@eternallywaiting 2-3 days after implantation is where you can expect a positive to start showing! I'd see that as a positive as well. Congrats! I hope everything works out for you!!

I had my peak today. DTD yesterday and today and will also tomorrow. Trying to cover all bases :)

Sam8582 · 13/05/2021 19:53

I'm just coming to the end of my period (5days) and for some strange reason decided to use a cheapie opk (maybe to sate my poas addiction 😂) I used one the last 3 days, first was high, second low and today's high again. Has anyone any experience of this? Wish I hadn't bothered testing, haha. Is it possible to ovulate this early?! I usually use the clear blue digital tests further along in my cycle but just a bit confused by this...

RockyisMYRhino · 13/05/2021 19:56

Got my fingers crossed here this month - CD14 and something feels different. Not sure I can put my finger on what but hopeful as we've been trying for our second for a while now (I got a BFP really quickly when we were trying for our DS so thought it would be just at easy this time). Think I'll wait until mid next week to test though.

WantStickyBean · 13/05/2021 20:02

Evening ladies! Not been on MN forever but when I was TTC and pg with DC1 this was a complete lifeline.

Cycle 1 for us, I'm CD21, 7dpo and already having to resist the urge to POAS. DC1 was conceived first cycle so although I know it's not likely to happen again, I'll still be a bit gutted if I'm out this month.

justwant2beamum · 13/05/2021 21:21

So sorry @Gummybear17 I also had a mc in March. Baby died at 7 weeks but mine was a mmc so I didn't find out till 9 +5 as I never bled. There's a really good thread on support for going through MC then there's also a TTC after miscarriage one which have both been great support to me xxx

@eternallywaiting congratulations what a journey for you I so hope this is your BFP ✨🤞🏻
