Hi 👋 I'm CD3 of cycle #5, TTC #1 - AF has pretty much finished now, a short almost 3 days instead of 5 but I'll take it. Ovulation was 3 days late last month so I had a slightly longer cycle than usual, we DTD from CD8 and then everyday in the FW so I suppose that's kind of like the SMEP. I'm feeling like this month I need to change something but I'm unsure what. I've been using OPKs for the last 3 cycles. I thought about BBT but I wake up at different times during the week so that's out. I'm not overweight but I could probably change my diet and exercise more (although both are almost impossible with my working hours). Does anybody suggest anything to try next? I was thinking about getting a blood test too just incase I have deficiencies 💖

I'm 8dpo used a FRER today of course it's a BFN, I had cramps last night and at 3dpo and 6dpo had the smallest amount of pink cm, no idea what that is about, af is due between Thursday- Saturday x

My DH and I are TTC baby #1 after some horrible setbacks, including an ectopic two years ago which put me off even wanting to try - I was so scared.

Anyway, we have decided it’s probably about time! I’m not getting any younger and so here we are.

My app says ovulation today but I think it was Saturday. We DTD all weekend anyway just in case

It’s 1dpo here and I’m already getting impatient! I also don’t know how I feel about this cycle. I almost didn’t try because conceiving would put the babies due date the same week as my eldest birthday. I would have always wondered if this would have been the month though.
I have my fingers crossed for everyone!

@dunkedbiscuit it's so hard not to go loopy in the TWW isn't it! I thought I'd be much more chilled this time round (have 6yo DS already) but nope, just as hard second time round!! Actually maybe harder, thought I knew what I was doing and think maybe had convinced myself it would be quicker this time. Have lost 4 stone since my last pregnancy and now have much more regular cycles. Never as easy as we want or think it's going to be though 😂 Sending everyone lots of baby dust for this month!

I’m on cycle 7 TTC 1st and currently 3 DPO, CD 18. I’m 33 and OH is 38.

Not feeling positive about getting a BFP this month as didn’t get to DTD at much as i would have liked! Fingers are tightly crossed for everyone else though. Really looking forward to sharing experiences on here x

On Cycle 2 after a mmc in January, bled for 2 months which was not pleasant! On CD12 now but still getting low on OPK..my cycle is usually 28/29 days so would this be normal? I'm new to the OPKs but want to make sure I'm not missing optimum days to BD!

Sorry to hear about your loss @Twinkles18 , your cycle is maybe still sorting itself out but I don't tend to see a peak until CD 13 / 14 but I think later than this is very normal too!

So sorry to hear about your mmc earlier in the year. If it helps for comparison, I normally have a 26/27 day cycle and get a high OPK reading between CD11-13 then peak CD14/15. Been using clear blue OPK for 7 months now and tends to stay pretty consistent (apart from one random month!). Sending you baby dust!! x

Hi everyone, I was briefly in the April bus. Ttc #1, cycle 2 now. I’m on cycle day 10 and my Clear Blue opk was negative this morning (24/25 day cycle). Will have to keep trying to BD this week! Hope DP isn’t tired out yet 😂

Thanks for adding me @Lollipop25 looking forward to seeing all the BFPs and hoping to be one of them! Cycle day 5 for me, AF here, so currently stuffing my face with junk food and nursing cramps with a hot water bottle!!

Hi everyone!
TTC #1 - Cycle 10 - Month 9. I'm currently 13DPO, but I know AF is on her way - just feel headachey, tired - the usual symptoms. I'm 33 and DH is 29.
I know I'm still in the normal timeframe, but starting to get a little worried. Just passed April which would have been when bb was due from Cycle #1 - that was hard :(

@JeanieJ It's so hard not to worry but the more I hear the more I think it really does just take much longer than any of us expect it for the majority. We were just a month off trying for a year with #1, I'd convinced myself it was never going to happen. Hoping for a quicker result this time round but realistically think it will still take a while. Can totally see why April felt hard for you, sending hugs and loads of luck for you le journey x

Think I'm feeling extra gloomy as AF is on her way & makes me extra emosh.
Want her to hurry up so I can just move onto next cycle and start again!
It's both DH & my birthdays this month, so maybe we'll have a lucky month 🤞

Well I think I ovulated early this month around day 11 as now my OPKS are showing little to no reading after a nearly positive Which is odd! Don't normally ovulate until day 14/15 Will keep testing just incase though 🤷‍♀️

Lots of baby dancing though so fingers crossed... maybe I am in now actually in my 2WW! As AF is due 2 weeks today xx
