Advice on tracking BBT?

Hi I am on month 17 of TTC and am currently tracking ovulation by using Clear blue advanced digital tests and cheap opks. I was looking at temping and was wondering if someone could explain the basics and what I will need. Thank you

You'll need a basal thermometer - a basic one costs around £10 on amazon (I use the femometer one). The best app for it is fertility friend by a mile.

Key things is temping around the same day every day (on the odd day where you can't, use an online bbt temp adjuster) and to have 4h uninterrupted sleep minimum.

Make sure to only temp orally or vaginally - pick one method and stick to it :)
