Hot flash??

I'm currently in the TWW, I'm roughly 6dpo. I'm aware it's too early for pregnancy symptoms. But I'm suddenly very hot, my face is bright red and hasn't gone down yet. It's not a usual PMS symptom for me, although since having my daughter almost 2 years ago, I've had all sorts of weird and wonderful symptoms. Could this be early pregnancy? Or PMS?

I got hot flushes about a week before my period was due with my first. I was completely unaware that I was pregnant and thought nothing of it! Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼
