Hello, can anyone recommend an app for tracking bbt? I've never tried this method so also wondering how successful it is. Thanks x

I use fertility friend :)

Fertility friend is great! You need a basal body thermometer that goes to 2 decimal places.

Temping relies a lot on taking the temp at the same time before getting up and on you having consistent sleep. If that's not the case it wont work

Thank you!

@TheDaydreamBelievers I do tend to get up at 6am everyday but I'm not a morning person so it's more dementia do it.

When do you start tracking?

Can start whenever @keepingthehope! Do you have fairly regular cycles? The app will take a few rounds to get used to your unique pattern but the main thing its seeking is that temps shift up by about 0.2 after ovulation.

Is fertility friend free? I've downloaded it to look, can see the chart but it has a membership so not sure what I'm doing lol x

The paid for version is often on sale for 20£ per year as well if you want to upgrade, but yes free is fine
