What date to count from Ovulation?

Hey ladies,
My clear blue ovulation kit gave me a still smiley on the 18th and then my bbt gave me a date on the 20th which one do I count from? I'm due on the 4th and getting negatives so I'm most probably out 😢

You count from your bbt, bbt is more reliable regarding whether or not you ovulated than ovulation tests x

Thank you! I had a drop this morning in temp it's still above my cover line but definitely a difference so don't think I'm pregnant unfortunately x
