Fertility Acupuncture

Anyone tried acupuncture for fertility? Would you recommend it?

We’ve been trying a while now for #2 and was wondering about giving it a try

I had it for my first and I'm sure it helped me conceive. I fell pregnant after a few sessions anyway. Could be a coincidence but could equally not be!

I've had multiple rounds of ivf in my time of ttc.
The only rounds which worked were when I had acupuncture alongside my treatment so it worked amazingly well for me. Ended up with my DD and when trying for a sibling we had twins.

I had it quite a lot and didn't help.

I'm not very woo but had it and enjoyed it, it certainly helped me relax and it gives you someone neutral to talk to. If you can afford it then go for it, but I'd not force myself if I hated needles or anything. Had 1 collection then 1 failed and 1 successful FET using it. Good luck!

The lady I found was so nice and it always felt like a therapy session too! I don't need it anymore (it worked for me) but she does facial acupuncture and I was only thinking yesterday I might give that a try.

That sounds good even if it isn’t successful. Just a little scared of needles!

I had 4 sessions after 14 months of trying and got pregnant that month. Could just have been a coincidence but I really enjoyed it and it helped me relax so was worth the money just for that x

Yes and yes. I'd had acupuncture before and found it very good so had it alongside ivf. Worked first cycle
