Evening!
Just wanted to ask those ladies who get ovulation pain, do you know if this is before, during or after ovulation for you.
I don't use OPKs, I use a few apps and ovulation is predicted between 29th and 1st but I've been having some dull cramps in the left pelvic area.
I'm hoping it happens before so that I can still get some BDing in as we haven't covered this FW nearly enough!
