Help with sperm analysis results..!

Hey! Waited what seems forever these results and doctor was useless. Didn't really explain them at all, does anyone have much experience with them and able to give a brief overview of what they are saying?

My husband had the same morphology of 1% - this means that only 1% of his sperm are classed as 'normal' - the average is 4% and upwards. We were told this can be improved by lifestyle - cut down on alcohol, no smoking, loose weight (if overweight), loose boxers etc.
