Cruel evap lines

Hi all, I have felt a little queasy and thought I'd take a pregnancy test. It was an internet cheapie ,It came back positive...however after doing numerous other tests they are negative. I did a frer and it had two pink lines around the edge but didnt join in the middle.
Has anyone else experienced this?

This sounds like a real nightmare for you. A false positive is unlikely even on an internet cheapy because it relies on the presence of the hcg hormone. Could you possibly show a picture of the FRER or maybe repeat one? It could be that the lines are fainter in the middle (which I’ve seen before in practice on another brand of test).
