Faint line? 16dpo - one step

Hi, I think I am around 16dpo, currently 2 days late. Some symptoms.
The last few days I’ve been taking one step tests all bfn (don’t know why I bother as I’ve been hurt by these tests before with false bfp’s). But today I have the faintest line ever (I think). I know it should be much darker by now but I know of people saying they didn’t get a bfp with these tests for several weeks after af due.
What do you think? Can you see it? I’m doing to the docs later for something gynae related anyway so will see if she will do a test there. Otherwise may be ordering a FRER to try.

I, like you have experienced false positives with these tests. Good idea to see what your GP thinks, but other than that I would advise to get an FRER.

I've had lines like this on these tests and have been pregnant but have also had them when I'm not pregnant. So unfortunately I don't find them very reliable. With this sort of line though I would use another brand to check as it does look pink to me rather than grey
