PMS before bfp

I'm 8/9dpo and having raging PMS and cramps. Am I out or did you also get PMS mood swings before bfp?

Yes! I drank a bottle of wine because I was so sure I was out with DC2. I had the cramps and mood swings. Was very shocked to be pregnant!

Congrats! And yeah pms/bfp symptoms completely overlap as it's all caused by progesterone so it's def a thing!

I only ever read threads but made an account because I was so happy to see this 🙈 this is my fourth month of TTC. I typically get really bad period cramps that start in small occasional twinges about a week before my period and get worse and worse til it arrives. Every month when I start to feel the usual twinges I don’t know whether to be hopeful or write it off! Can I ask were your cramps identical to your normal cramps? Some people seem to say they’re different, some people say exactly the same.
