TTC and constant positive opk

Hi ok, so this month I got a positive ovulation test on 9th april. I couldnt see my donor but I was tracking just to see, and it is now the 25th April and I have had positive opks everyday since. I am 5 days late but like said I didnt do anything this month (my last insem was 8th march) and I then came on a week early on 22nd march. I have done countless pregnancy tests, also had blood tests and ultrasound so know I am not pregnant. But just wondering why my LH surge is still strong and my period isnt here

I believe there's some sort or infection that can cause positive OPKs but I can't remember what it was. Saw someone else talk about it online who kept getting positive OPKs then was encouraged to test for this other thing that ended up being positive.

I just wish I could remember what it was. I'll try and find it!

So they took some sort of at home UTI test which was positive after people told her that would be the cause.

Worth checking I suppose 🤷‍♀️
