Bbt chart advice - temps too low?

Can anyone give me some advice about bbt please? Have been tracking for the first time this month but not able to do it super strictly because my toddler has had a cold and my sleep has been quite disturbed. I'd say that with all of these readings I had had a 3 or more hour stretch before taking temp though, but it varied between 5am and 6am (one 7am).

I'm a bit confused because loads of things I've read have said follicular temp would normally be between 97 and 98 and luteal would be 98+. My bbt is below 97 for most of my fol phase and hasn't got up to 98 in luteal yet. Is this something to be concerned about? Or am I just a chilly mortal? Also I had a dip again after ovulation which looks a bit weird...! Premom chart is in f and fertility friend is in c...

You could just be chilly but double check that you're taking it correctly? Eg orally or vaginally only - and that there isn't anything obstructing it? I once helped a lady who had super low temps because she had never removed the silicone cap that the thermometer came with out of the packaging...

@Juno231 haha that's nuts! I think I've been taking it ok - I disregarded one reading which was anomalous and became aware of the right way to do it. I've heard that vaginally readings might be better though so I'll have a go at that next month.
