How many DPO am I?

Hi ladies,

I got strong lines on a opk 14th & 15th as well as a smiley on both. I DTD 14th evening (wasn't able to 15th) just wondering which day I should count as my ovulation day. While I be right in thinking it's 15t? So now I would be 7dpo or 8?

I think clear blue would count day 14 as yo it positive and therefore day of ovulation x

Your peak is about 24-36 hours before ovulation so 14th very unlikely to be day of ovulation. Charting your BBT is best way to confirm

Thank you. I find the whole idea of charting temperature so blooming confusing. I honestly don't know where to start. Have you got any advice on what to buy and how to track it.. Can I do it without paying out for anything other than the basal body temp? X

I got quite a basic femometer thermometer for about £12. I use the fertility friend app (free version) to log my temps. Take your temp at the same time each morning, log in the app and it does the rest for you - it will add a line showing when ovulation occurred. I’m 12DPO - have attached a pic of my chart. The green plus signs at the bottom are where I logged positive OPKs.

Thank you for that. So did you ovulate when your temp rose after your positive opks? Is that how it works? Based on getting my smileys 14th & 15th would it be likely I ovulated 16th-17th? I'm just trying to figure out how many days post ovulation I am. I guess if this month doesn't work out I need to start tracking my temps as I could be getting it wrong 😑 x
