Hi,

I have started taking pregnacare before conception but read lots of bad reviews about it messing with your period and cycle. I have taken 7 of them in total and now my period is late. I did a test and it was negative. Do you think 7 days is enough to have any affect on my cycle? I’ve also been getting stomach cramp as well

I took pregnacare for two months before it lengthened my cycle to around 35 days. I didn't want it messing up anything so stopped taking it and now I am taking folic and vitamin d. I will take dha too next month if af comes which is meant to be fantastic for egg quality. I have heard very mixed reviews with Pregnacare but decided to give it a go. Unfortunately not for me! X
