Did I ovulate??

For the last 4 days I’ve had all the signs of ovulation..
Ewcm
Ovulation pains
High cervix
High reading on opk (not quite as dark as the test line but tbh I’ve NEVER had it that dark and have 3 kids already!!)

However, I’ve not had a consistent temp rise. It went up for 1 day now back down again... and now all the signs are gone. Creamy cm and low cervix

I’m TTC after a miscarriage so I’m not sure what’s going on?? Can your body gear up to ovulate and then it just not happen.

I’m pretty sure I’ve temped correctly - same time within 30mins each morning. Same as I’ve always done.

So frustrating not knowing what’s going on :(

If your temp goes back up tomorrow my guess is that you had a fallback rise today and are currently at 2dpo.

@Honey2 your body can gear up to ovulate and it not happen, yes. In my experience, after a miscarriage your body can be very messed up. Sorry to hear of yours.

The annoying thing about temping (and I did it for 16 months, so know it can be!!) is that an individual temp will not tell you anything on its own. It's only when you sit and look back at the whole cycle of your temperature at the end do you get any clarity. I agree with @Juno231 though. I never bothered temping after ovulation was confirmed, too much stress !

My temps were around 36.23-36.28 before signs of ovulation but only rose to 36.45 and now are hovering around 36.36-36.45 for the last 3 days... which doesn’t seem enough of a rise. My app certainly hasn’t confirmed ovulation.

I’m confused what happens now, do I bleed any way even if I didn’t ovulate or will my body try again if so when??

If you didn't ovulate this time then your body may attempt it again in 7-10 days or it may not at all. I'd agree with you though that those temperatures do not sound like you've ovulated. Mine were always at least 36.6 after ovulation.
