I have been following an app but the ovulation window seems too soon in to my cycle.
Does ovulation occur 14days(on average )from end of period or start of period. I always thought end but maybe I’m wrong
Any tips please reply I had my first without trying second seems to be taking a while

Hey! So the 14 day average for ovulation is a average based on a women with 28 day cycle witch is classed as 'average'

How many days are you cycles ? Are you regular.

My cycles are 31-34 days and I ovulate on day 16-18 but most women Iv spoke to with 34 day cycle O around cycle day 20-21.
Honestly everyone's soo different.
Your best bet is to go by EWCM as this is when your most fertile and coming up to Ovulation,
Or opks witch is very helpful :) x

Before I started tracking my app told me I O on cycle day 22 x

My cycle is between 25-29 days.
But do I count my cycle from first day of period or last day?

Yes my cycles are like clock work

I have a 25 day cycle and usually ovulate on cd10/11, so around 6 days after finishing af. When I first started ttc, the apps predicted my ovulation much later. Good luck

Cd1 is the first day of your period not last xx
