Am I having an ectopic pregnancy?

I posted here the other day when I was having some weird symptoms. I've now got an appointment with the EPU in a couple of days, but I'm desperate for some insight from anyone that's gone through an ectopic pregnancy and recognises these signs. My pregnancy test lines were always quite faint since I first tested positive 12 days ago but did get darker for a week, before getting lighter and eventually plateauing (pic of tests taken on last 4 consecutive days attached). For the past 5 days I've had dark brown spotting with no pain. I also have an intermittent dull pain in my right shoulder but that might be psychosomatic after all the reading I've been doing about ectopic pregnancies! I keep expecting to go to the loo and see loss of blood, but it's not happening - so I don't know if this is a straightforward miscarriage or a PUL. I'm really worried, so any advice would be massively helpful.

If your lines are going fainter it may be that you're having a chemical pregnancy. I hope you get some answers this afternoon, I'll be thinking of you

Tests getting lighter are usually an early loss more than ectopic unless it's resolving itself already. I had the same the other month abd think it was the worry causing my shoulder pain as read it's due to internal bleeding so would have been worse than the ache and twinges I had. If you're worried or in pain I'd go to a and e just in case
