Hi so I'm panicking a little and could really do with some advice!
We're on our third round of letrozole at 5mg days 2-6. Ovulation was confirmed with a progesterone blood test last cycle but we didn't fall pregnant unfortunately. I started my next dose, had a positive OPK on CD16 and now on CD19 I have woken up to bleeding (TMI) inc. passing a couple of medium sized clots this morning.
Anyone know what this might mean?! Does it mean I didn't actually ovulate this cycle even though I responded well last time? Getting really desperate and starting to lose hope that this is going to happen for us.
Can't get an appointment with my consultant till next week.
