This bus is the one where TTC happens in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

What will April bring? 🐣

All went well at the colposcopy clinic. The nurse there was very interesting. When she asked me what meds I was on and I mentioned Metformin and Clomid we had a great chat about PCOS and infertility. She had been on Clomid and eventually had her children through IVF. She told me that it's madness that I was given 3 months of Clomid without any monitoring and she suggested I transfer my care to the fertility clinic in the hospital I visited today. I didn't know that there was a free public fertility clinic in this country - it's only just opened so the waiting list is short. So hopefully I can get on the list and move from my current gynaecologist (who I see in another maternity hospital as a private patient as I didn't fancy waiting 18-24 months for a public appointment) who isn't inspiring confidence at the moment. There'll be no IVF at this clinic, as it's not available on the public health system here, but I'd be happy to attend for everything up to IVF.

I feel it was worth attending just to hear the nurse tell me what I had already suspected about my gynae.

@paintfairy ha that's such a joke - I hate not knowing! Sorry to hear about your tooth as well, rubbish timing! When you do go make sure to tell them you could be pregnant in case they use harmfuls meds on you or make you do xrays etc.

@Juno231 I hate not knowing too. Plus it makes it impossible to plan around! Usually they don't use more then a local anaesthetic i don't think? So should be ok. But yes if they'll want to xray i need to say. But then if they only put the sperm in that day- I'm not technically pregnant? God its complicated. She asked on the phone if there were any changes to my medical history but I said no. Because right now there isn't. 🤷‍♀️ FFS.

I might test tomorrow, might, boobs bigger and uncomfortable, bloated but no cramps, bit of nausea and crazy cm, we've been here before, don't get too excited
Bossboy shenanigans, he's been taping his fingers, like a plaster but with tape, refuses to say why, he took it off when said fingers started to go numb, it hurt, I heard the screams, no he is not 12

@Juno321 I saw the national infertility awareness week Instagram tags. I think it’s an American based campaign but still great to see! I saw clear blue recently had an advert with a not pregnant test as well as pregnant saying not all journeys are the same 🙌

So ladies my surprise today... I did my usual AF approaching POAS with a cheapie this morning and was about to throw it in the bin but saw a faint line 😯 total shock having had about 10 months straight of BFNs and 16 months TTC. I was just waiting for our fertility appointment in June and had given up.

I’ve had 2 chemicals before so I’m definitely not getting too excited but thought I should share with you all and not be keeping secrets. I also want to add I’m really sorry if this upsets anyone as I know its shit hearing any good news when you’re struggling. I mean I was in tears last month when my cousin announced his baby news after dating the woman for about 9 months! What a rollercoaster this is 😅

Fingers crossed @Minster2012 is spreading her good luck and more people will have good news to share soon!

Thanks everyone. It was a real shock as tbh I had completely written off this month.
Also echo the above, sending love and wishes to everyone who’s struggling as it’s hard seeing announcements, it’s something I’m definitely going to be mindful of when I tell people in real life. Also it’s such early days - I’m only just under 5 weeks so anything could happen but it’s hard not to get excited.
