This bus is the one where TTC happens in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

Thankyou for all the messages about the pups girls! Unfortunately we lost the two runts this morning so down to 10, the vets said with a litter of this size it's very common because the bigger ones will be pushing the small ones out the way so they just won't be getting enough milk, very sad but sadly it can't be helped, all the others are doing really well and the one we're hoping to pick for my mum is the biggest and looks just like his daddy, so hoping for a champion out of him! Hope everyone is okay❤️

No news here. I have to get a colposcopy today which is obviously horrible but it has to be done. I had 2 done last year and they did something wrong with the biopsies the first time and I was really unwell and in a lot of pain afterwards.

I had to stand with my niece at her Christening the following day and I genuinely thought I was going to drop her into the holy water font because I was so close to fainting and we had to stand up for ages. I couldn't tell people that my cervix was in bits so I think they thought I was being an asshole because I'm not a fan of the Catholic church. The photographer said I looked miserable

Anyway, the colsposcopy and chasing up the husband's SA is today's excitement.

@Somatronic you've scared me. I have been referred to gynae because of spotting and a visibly red cervix at my recent smear. I hope they don't need to do a biopsy when the time comes 😬

Scan went well wee monkey was jumping all over the shop was upside down took ages to get the right measurements. But all ok and that's the main thing.

@2020mission I'm sorry that I scared you! I should have said that that was an abnormal situation. The second time I had the biopsies taken they were absolutely fine. Hardly any bleeding and I don't think they even hurt. The first time they messed something up I'm sure because it shouldn't be that way. You'll be fine. For me it turned out to just be a different kind of cell outside the cervix that caused post-coital bleeding and nothing to do with HPV so happy days. Today is just a follow up as it's a year on.

I’ve been AWOL for weeks for various reasons but had to jump on quickly to congratulate you @Minster2012 - what wonderful news. So pleased for you!!!

Thanks @Somatronic my smear came back clear from HPV last week so it's likely cervicitis or cervical erosion 🤞

Thanks everyone! Scan went well. Lining is thin enough I can't start stims tomorrow 🙌 I do have a cyst still so they have warned it may grow with the stims but will cross that bridge if it happens.

I've spoken to my GP and got a week of blood thinner injections but she said I wouldn't get an early scan so I will pay, she's gonna talk to the obstetrics team about longer blood thinners 🤞🏻she tried to reassure me, she's really sweet she was like that's amazing!

@Minster2012 next scan tomorrow. Then I've got ones booked provisionally for Thursday and Friday. Friday is cd12 though and I usually ovulate by then, so? Agreed to the stress I've an emergency dental appointment booked for Friday too. Just hoping I manage to get there!
Brilliant news about the house! That's great! I think paying for an early scan sounds very sensible.

@Minster2012 all OK - in fact another BFP to add in this month...which I was absolutely shocked about as we did it once this entire cycle and about 5 days before ov as we agreed we weren’t keen on the idea of a Christmas baby...my due date is a Xmas Day 🤦🏻‍♀️
Also drank loads, barely temped/tracked and hardly thought about TTC due to work drama, grandparent death and moving house. Completely mad. Only other thing I did differently was one cycle of acupuncture. Wonder if it helped!
Hope everyone else is OK! Will be catching up far more often now hopefully things have settled down.

False alarm ladies. Although I'm still in pain. Trace showed regular tightenings etc but cervix closed and thick so she said its not labour. Going to try get a sleep. Fed up, tired and sore so will get a wee chat to u guys later ❤❤ xxx

Anyone else had trouble with hello fresh deliveries? Mine never got sent out yesterday then they change it to day.. then I got in touch for the to st it got lost and now they don't have enough stock to sen me one out this week... now have to go shopping. ....

7 dpo today, yesterday had niggling AF type cramps feeling yesterday, constipated... nipples little tender but not painful... creamy cm still, bbt doing the right thing but then we know how they can trick us into a false sense of security! 🙄 potentially going to test on Friday as that will be 11dpo and last month I pulled that bfp at 11dpo so hoping for the same! 🤞🤞

@2020mission if it helps my colposcopy went absolutely fine! Even combined with a LEEP I came away with only a bit of spotting and period like cramps for an afternoon. Not bad at all.

@paintfairy eeek! What happens if eg at tomorrow's scan everything looks ready for the IUI? As in what do they do - does OH go with you in case he needs to provide a sample? I have zero clues on how it works in practice lol

@Minster2012 bloody tooth. It had a filling in. Half of that has come out (its a big back tooth) and the side of my tooth has cracked and come off. So I can't leave it. But at the same time I dunno if I'll make the appointment or not. I'm just hoping they aren't arsy if I need to change it. But clearly I've got to prioritise the IUI.
@Juno231 I have no effing clue. 🤣 I feel like she said DH would get 48 hours notice, but that can't be right. So maybe it's 24? But she said something about- if you get a static smiley they'll do it the next day. If not (assume if they think you are ready?) they'll trigger shot you. My only wonder is that having used opks before, you need a baseline? They've given me nothing yet (unless they will tomorrow) but I usually start them day 8 because I ovulate early. So it would be day 10 if they give them me to start Wednesday? Nothing was said at all about it when I went last Thursday. We were told to dtd tonight (nope, you don't get to rest and not stress about this stuff like with ivf!) in case of missing it altogether. So realistically (for 2 days sperm build up) they couldn't then do it until Thursday anyway? Honestly I've no bloody clue. 🤷‍♀️
