Endometriosis/TWW/pain

So hear me out, this might be a little waffly.. Apologies.
I have not officially been diagnosed with endo because they refuse to do a lap with my weight. But I'm 99.9% sure I have it. I have so many signs and symptoms and gynae say I 'probably do'. Anyway, I have however been diagnosed with PCOS and have been put on metformin back in December to try and bring my ovulation forward while waiting on fertility services resuming. I've been taking it with inositol and my cycles are reducing thank god! But the past 2 cycles I've noticed from 6dpo/7dpo a sort of dull, heavy ache below my belly button that's worse when stretching or putting pressure on the area. Google tells me that endo pain usually starts about a week before a period. So naturally this all adds up in my head 🙄 but I was wondering if anyone had experienced their normal endo pain before a BFP? Or should I just accept that if I start getting this pain half way through my luteal phase that I'm out this cycle and give up hope?

Exactly, one day at a time and hopefully we will both have a happy and healthy pregnancy! It's nice to have someone who is due around the same time as well 🥰 x

@Sadie95 how are you doing? I'm 15dpo now and got a 2-3 weeks on a digital yesterday. This might be a personal question but do you suffer from bowel pain with your endo? I feel like this is where most of my issues are and I've had quite a bit of discomfort today in my bowel and my tummy is gurgling A LOT so naturally I'm freaking out. Also have had some stabbing sensations around my left ovary.. When will it not be a constant state of panic! 😭

@Stabal hey! I'm okay thanks, I went for bloods yesterday at my GP I get my results this morning (hopefully)! I did a digital this morning and got 1-2 weeks and I'm 13dpo so hoping that's okay? My bowels are okay actually, I've been getting some niggling, pulling, poking types of pains nothing major.. hoping everything is okay

@Sadie95 ahh fantastic, keep me updated with the results! 🤞 Yeah 1-2 is correct, I'm not sure why mine is 2-3. My fiancé is freaking out it's twins 😂 it's a relief to hear others having slight pains. I hope I'm just overreacting to every twinge x

@Stabal my HCG levels were 74 yesterday morning, I have no idea what that means haha! I am getting them done every 48hrs so hopefully we can see them doubling!

@Sadie95 that's a good number 🥰 remember some people don't even get a positive test at 12dpo. Sending you all the sticky bean vibes 😍

Hey @Stabal!! Thanks for asking, so my first lot were 74 then 48hrs later they were 221 (so almost tripled).. I got some more done yesterday so I'm just waiting for my drs to get back to me today for those results

@Stabal it's looking positive 🤞🏻 gone from 221 to 455 so just over doubled!

@Sadie95 yayy! Are you going to book a reassurance scan now?

@Stabal I think so, I don't want to have one too early cause I'll be nervous if they can't see anything etc.. might wait till around 8 weeks (I'm 5 weeks on Thursday I think) so another 3 weeks

@Stabal me too!! How are you feeling? Are you still getting niggly pains? I've just booked a scan with the EPU on 5th May (I'll be 7 weeks)

@Sadie95 yeah niggly pains here and there but a lot calmer than before and a few incidents of nausea at night. Boobs aren't as sore today so panicking obviously lol. Oh yay! Mine is the 4th so day before you!

Yeah I'm the same as you really, my boobs are hurting a bit now but they are fine really.. don't have any sickness to my surprise as I had it really bad with my daughter! Aww you will have to let me know how it goes, how far along will you be?

@Sadie95 my boobs were excruciating when I was pregnant last year! Just keep telling myself every pregnancy is different. By my calculations I'll be 6+4 at my scan so 🤞 will of course update you!

Oh 100% every pregnancy is different, so far this is different to all my pregnancies (successful and unsuccessful) 🤷🏼‍♀️ ah amazing! Got everything crossed for you that you scan goes well

@Sadie95 hi! Thought I would update. Everything looks good so far. Nice strong heartbeat, measuring 6+2. Back again in 2 weeks 🤞 wishing you all the luck for tomorrow x

@Stabal aw amazing news! I had an emergency scan last week due to pains, there was a gestational and yolk sac but no baby.. they said it could just be that I was too early. So my scan tomorrow has been rebooked for 10th may, I'll update you then
