BBT drop. Help please.

Hi ladies,

My temp has dropped a bit since yesterday, not below cover line but wondering if anyone else has had this and still been pregnant. Really upset thinking I'm out 😔

you're gonna need to give us more info than that... Where in your cycle are you?

Ah gotcha - well to be honest BBT can kinda do whatever it wants after ovulation and not mean anything! A drop could mean BFN but likewise sometimes it doesn't. A big hike up in temp could mean BFP but for me it never does ha! So basically if it stresses you out perhaps consider not tracking once ovulation has been confirmed? As it's all guesswork past that point.

Thank you, that really helps. Its my first time tracking BBT and I got confirmation of ovulation from it on my app and then the app said my BBT could have shown implantation dip. You're right maybe I should get to ovulation and stop. I have read so many posts saying bbt always drops right before AF but I don't want to believe I'm out before I have even got to my period. If you get what I mean.

Have you taken a test? It would likely be accurate by now.
