Flo App skipping a cycle day?

I am new to this app and wanted to learn what my cycles are like. Only had one so far. Withdrawal bleed started 10th March, then first proper period started today (6th April). I would have thought this makes my cycle, this time around, 27 days long but for some reason the app doesn't have a cycle day number against yesterday, which would be day 26, so it is instead telling me that today is 26. So I don't know if my cycle is 26 or 27 days long. I'm confused! I will try and post the screenshots..

sorry it is saying that 4th April is day 26, then skipping yesterday, and telling me my cycle is 26 day long, as my period started today. Why is it skipping yesterday?

Have you tried deleting your period and entering it the day before? I use Flo and haven't had any issues other than that the OD is usually a day later than predicated. My period is always spot on though

Thanks, just tried, but it then says 25 days long, and still skips a day. Does yours have a day gap between the end of the cycle and first day of period? Wondering if it is just supposed to..

Hmm.. No, mine goes from CD26 to CD1. Maybe just try deleting the app and reinstalling OP, it's probably just a little error while signing up or something. Have you tried going to the day and adding to log symptoms? You can log your period that way too

thanks again, just tried uninstalling then starting again. Still missing yesterday from my cycle for some reason!

That's so strange! 🤔 hopefully someone else can help then as I'm not sure. Technology eh! You can always try tracking with Ovia until Flo sorts herself out lol another good one

That looks like a technical glitch, if I were you I'd try contacting them either on socials or using email or whatever contact info they've got available and show them what happened. If it is a technical problem there's nothing you can do to fix it. Although make sure you're updated to the latest version in the App Store/play store as that might include the fix

Also if you've only got your period today you had a 27 day cycle 🤗 it's clearly an error
