I couldn't find a thread for this on here so thought I'd start one.

This is my first time TTC and I'd love to hear all your top tips or what you felt helped you when TTC and getting pregnant.

These can be; medical, holistic, products, exercises, foods, positions, apps, anything really !

I am ttc with some issues so knowing when my LH peaks is very important. Now I learned that temping is also important to know when you're actually ovulating so I am starting that next cycle if this one is a flop.
