CD38 - evap line? & advice!

Morning everyone! This is our first month TTC and I was hoping with this post people would be able to give some advice or has any knowledge of what could be going on.

I'm currently CD38, my cycles have been slightly irregular, my last one was 33 days, before that was 24, before that 30, before that 26 and before that 36- so they vary a bit but haven't been as long as this one.

I started using Clearblue digital ovulation tests on CD9, I got 7 days low fertility, 12 days high (I know it only says to test for 9 then to stop but I was curious!) then got my peak on day 28. I had read that OPK can pick up hcg so took a test on CD30 which was BFN (I wondered if the OPK hadn't picked up ovulation and the strong line I was getting was detecting hcg). I think I might have just ovulated late though and if I did today should be roughly 10DPO.

I tested again this morning as no sign of AF coming. I can see a faint line/mark, I don't know if this is just an evap line though, this was taken in the first 5 minutes.

Hi

By the sounds of your cycles it does sound you ovulated on CD28.

In the previous cycles you did you track how long you had between Ovulation and AF. This should tell you how long your Luetal phase is and it’s usually consistent give or take a day. Therefore based on that you can work out when AF is actually due.

I would say that a faint positive at 10dpo is a good sign and you possibly are pregnant but can’t see an image so can’t be sure. I’d test first thing tomorrow with an First response if you had any.

Good luck 😄 fingers crossed for your easter baby
