Is this normal?

Not really TTC this month as I've just started a new job. AF is really light which is unusual for me. Not using a tampon or anything. I can only see it when I wipe.

Is it normal for AF to suddenly change like this or could I be pregnant? I done a test today and it was negative.

Go to a dr. Probably nothing 🤷‍♀️

I asked my GP partner this today because mine has been very light this month. He said not to worry about it at all. If it persists then maybe something to query, but they wouldn't do anything other than tell you to keep an eye on it if you called now.

If you're bleeding (even a little bit) and the pregnancy test is saying negative, I think it's safe to say you're not pregnant.

You're not pregnant if the test is negative

You may not have ovulated last month, hence having a light period.

Continue or start to use contraception if you are not TTC....

Thanks everyone for your responses. I wasn't sure if it might have been some kind of implantation bleed that's all.

I guess it's just a light af this month.

And it's not that we are avoiding getting pregnant it's just I started a new job so I wanted to take at least one month off of actively trying. If I was pregnant I would be happy
