Miscarriage or implantation bleed??

Wondering if anyone could give me some advice, I found out I was pregnant yesterday (did a clear blue with the weeks indicator which came up pregnant 1-2) had some brown blood yesterday but only when I wiped, today is turned red it was quite heavy for a hour or so (didn't fill a pad) any now it seems to be slowing. Just done another test and it's still positive. I was wondering if I could still be pregnant.
I had a miscarriage in November went to the hospital to be scanned and they did a test which was negative after the bleeding so abit confused.

Hi OP, nobody on the Internet will be able tell whether you're having a miscarriage or not.

If it were a miscarriage, a test wouldn't turn negative immediately after the bleeding, it can take some time for the HCG levels to drop so a positive test after bleeding is not an indication that everything is okay. A test wouldn't turn negative within a day. It can sometimes take a few weeks.

Your best bet is to take a test in a week or two and go from there. EPU don't tend to see you for bleeding before 6 weeks pregnant but you could always ring them for advice.
