Ovulation Strips

Hiya, were recently trying after our first ectopic, this is our second month and now im completely confused by ovulation strips! Clear Blue are just registering as a circle meaning im currently not in my fertile window, but my premom LH strips are showing the rise and stating im at peak! Has anyone else had these issues? When I took the strips out of the holder of the clear blue the line that isn't the control line is definitely darker than the others! Thanks for your advice in advance ☺️ x

Curious about your tests. Could you post your testing picture? If you got a positive LH test, I would say you are most likely to ovulate in the next 24-36 hours.

Yes! I’ll get the picture off my other phone and post. So odd because the day after I did my clear blue and it went straight to a static smiley face so peak? So within 24 hours I’d gone from the blank circle at no fertility to peak? But on the cheaper LH strips you could definitely see the line progression. This was my first month using the clear blue, and I have read that the first month can read funny!

@stephR12 I had the same issue. Using the strips I've noticed that i have a 'rapid' hormone surge and not a slower progressive one. I noticed that cb depending on timing of tests. I would have empty smile at 10am but at 2pm static. I would use what you feel is less stressful and just try to dtd when you feel or notice changes. I've learned to use my cm as a way of detecting fertile window so once I've used up the strips I'll just use cm to know. I've also been charting for over a year now and my apps are pretty spot on.
