Hi all we’re planning to try the SMEP for the first time this month and I have a question. I only have the clear blue digital ovulation prediction tests and when the plan says ‘positive’ OPK, does this mean high or peak fertility reading on the monitor? As I really don’t want to get it wrong! 🤣 Thanks in advance ladies xx
