Implantation bleeding or period?

I'm so confused this month my cycle has been super long I'm usually anywhere between 35-43 days and this cycle is 56 days.
Today when I wiped I had pink blood but it's not come to much yet which is unusual.
I'm wondering if it's the start of my period which is late or implantation bleeding and I could be pregnant?
I did a test today and it was negative. Would it show up as a positive if it was at the stage of implantation?
We did have unprotected sex on days 44 & 46 of my cycle thinking it would be ok as I was due on my period any day 😬

In the same boat as you, cycle is longer than usual, had some pinkish blood when wiping since yesterday morning, it hasn't amounted to anything and is only a bit when I wipe. Not sure if it's implantion bleed or the start of AF

I had implantation bleeding on CD29 of a normally 27-29 day cycle. Was 100% it was my period as it was like the start of it and I felt cramps and boobs killing. Anyway my period never fully started was just on and off over a couple of days and when my boobs carried on hurting I took a test when my period was about 4 days late and blazing positive. Sadly ended in miscarriage but not related xx
